This is particularly significant given that 68% of students say they would not apply for a role if a job specification were unavailable, highlighting the critical role clear, detailed job descriptions play in attracting graduate talent. Ensuring job specs are consistently provided supports transparency and can also help maximise application numbers and engagement from potential candidates.
