Graduate Outcomes Report 2025 Class of 2024 Survey coverage: 4,745 graduates surveyed; 2,701 responses received (57% response rate).

Employment outcomes:

81% entered employment directly after graduation. 70% are working in Ireland, with 11% employed globally.

Further study & training:

14% progressed to further study or training.

Seeking employment: 4% of graduates were actively job-seeking; 1% were unavailable for employment (e.g. health, family commitments, gap year).

Impact of qualification level:

PhD/Research graduates: 94% in employment. Taught Masters: 85% in employment. Undergraduate Honours Degrees: 79% in employment.

Graduate salaries:

Average salary: €41,347 (up €288 on last year). 82% of graduates earn more than €30,000. Salaries by qualification: PhD/Research Masters: €54,512 Taught Masters: €45,767 Undergraduate Honours Degrees: €37,204
